Rocksosint turns public data into leads you can check. You decide the purpose, the lawful basis and the conclusion. This page covers what the tool is for, what is prohibited, and what the product does to reduce error and abuse.

What is prohibited
- Harassment, stalking or intimidation
- Discrimination or public exposure (doxxing)
- Automated decisions about people without human review
- Any unlawful use, or use that violates the rights of others
- Trying to get around limits, authentication or rate limits
- Reselling or redistributing data obtained through the platform
What the product does by default
- Separates fact from hypothesis
- Every finding names its source. Agreement across different sources raises the evidence; a single-source finding is treated as a hypothesis, never as certainty.
- Never fakes certainty
- The AI analysis organizes reasoning from the evidence on screen. It does not invent accounts, links or conclusions, and it says where the reading is weak.
- Requires human review
- A result is a lead tied to a source, not proof. Decisions that matter need independent confirmation at the original source.
- Logs and limits
- Actions leave an audit trail, the searched target is kept for a limited time, and rate limits contain abuse.
- Reports ship with their limits
- Every export carries the method, the source of each finding and a notice that it is not definitive proof.
Lawful basis and data protection
Rocksosint queries public sources and files you upload. When you process data about other people, you are responsible for the purpose and the lawful basis. The platform provides channels for data-subject requests. See the Privacy Policy, the Terms of Service and the Methodology.
Rocksosint is not legal proof, it does not decide for you, it does not guarantee that third-party sources are accurate, current or complete, and it is not a registry of people. It supports an investigation. The conclusion is yours.
