Billing questions

What is a credit?

One standard search uses one credit. Deep search uses more, and the dashboard shows the cost before it runs.

Do unused credits roll over?

No. Credits reset at the start of each billing period.

What if a search fails?

If a search fails because of a technical error on our side, the credit goes back to your balance automatically.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from Settings or the billing portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

Is annual billing cheaper?

Yes. An annual plan costs ten months of the monthly price, so two months are free.

How do I pay?

By card, through Stripe. Card details never touch our servers.
